Steve McQueen (a character in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood played by Damian Lewis) was a real-life actor and screen legend, who, in the real and fictional story of the Manson murders, missed joining his friend Jay Sebring and thus escaped death. He was also friend and student of Bruce Lee.
