The Hateful Eight 70mm screenings will precede the wide theatrical release. This "roadshow version" is slightly longer, has an intermission and will only play in select theaters in the US and worldwide, due to the higher cost of retrofitting theaters for this technology, which has not been widely used since the 60s.

There is no official list of theaters yet, but thanks to in70mm.com there is a growing compilation of theaters that will most likely be among those screening the film this Christmas.
