- The Acuna Boys is inspired by the name of the gang from the 1977 revenge film Rolling Thunder. Since that film is one of his all time favorites, QT named his DVD distribution company Rolling Thunder Pictures and the first website for that company featured the Acuna Boys logo (seen on right).
